Sunshine Ranches is 4.20 square miles of real-estate heaven. It was incorporated in the year 2000 in the town of Southwest Ranches, and is located within Griffin Road & Sheridan Street and Volunteer & Flamingo Roads.

The 2010 Census estimated our population to be a little over 2,000 residents & the Sunshine Ranches Homeowner’s Association represents the interests of every one of those residents!
 

Monthly SRHA meetings are typically held @ 7:00 PM the last Wednesday of every month at Town Hall. Join us this month for an evening filled with relevant topics, good food and friendly people!
